New Career on the Horizon by Sheila Menon

The desire to help others is a natural response in the current climate of stress and stress related illness.  More students are enrolling onto courses about psychology and many adults are exploring second careers in the caring profession.

Clinical Hypnosis is a field of Mind Body Medicine that has gained popularity over the last decade.  In 2002, the British Medical Association suggested that Clinical Hypnosis be re-classified as integrative medicine and in 2007, the London College of Clinical Hypnosis (LCCH) introduced professional training with a significant government hospital in Singapore.

New Foundation and Professional Training courses introduced to Singapore in 2011 will provide students an opportunity to enhance their skills and stand amongst the elite professionals in clinical hypnosis.  The LCCH offers Clinical Hypnosis training to MSc level in the U.K. and is widely recognized as one of the most significant training institutions for clinical hypnosis.

Clinical Hypnosis has wide application in stress related illness, motivation, success training, general health and medical conditions with wide application to psychological and psychosomatic illnesses.  Research from U.S. and U.K. also showed that when we add clinical hypnosis to other forms of therapy or success training, results are stronger, faster and longer lasting.

The next course commences on 26 March 2011 at the NUS.

Find out how you can improve your life or begin a new career.  Come and meet our team from the LCCH on Tuesday and Thursday.
